Is it possible to have an invoice?
Of course. Enter your tax information in the fields indicated and when the order is shipped, the invoice is issued automatically.
Are all products guaranteed?
All products sold on OneStopMarket are rigorously selected and guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Konig and Thule products have an extended 5 years warranty. The warranty is void in the event of damage caused by improper use, tampering, incorrect assembly or in general from any other evidence of improper use of the product.

To expedite shipping, please enter your order code in the notes of your payment. You can find it in the confirmation e-mail that you received or in the order history page of your account. Please send us a copy bank transfer via email at email@example.com. Once the payment has been verified, we will process your order.
We remind you that we can ship only when the bank transfer has been credited to our account. Therefore it may take a further 2/3 working days compared payment by credit cards which is immediate.
Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
The prices of all products include VAT. In case of snow chains, prices are per pair of chains (2 chains).
What are the shipping terms?
The cost of shipping is 15 euro. Products are shipped by express courier. We ship from Monday to Friday, usually the day after we receive the order (or the same day if the order arrives by 11am), only if payment is confirmed. Delivery takes 2/3 working days (could take longer depending on the final destination). If you receive a package that appears to be damaged you must immediately notify the courier in writing at the time of collection (see below). Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
Do you ship immediately?
90% of our products are available for immediate shipping. Some products (in particular the snow chains for professional use) may not be immediately available. In this case we will notify you and will give you the estimated time of delivery to allow you to plan accordingly.
My country is not included, can I still purchase?
Yes, you can. Just send us an email and we will quote you the shipping cost for your country (we ship everywhere!)
How can I exercise for the right of withdrawal?
According to the European directive on consumer rights (2011/83 / EU) you have the right, within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, to exercise the right of withdrawal. This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, or the possibility for the consumer to return the product purchased and to obtain reimbursement of the expenses incurred (except shipping if applicable). This right can be exercised by sending an email to staff@onestopmarket. As soon as we receive your request we will send you instructions on how to proceed. Please note that orders returned without authorization or not following our instructions will not be accepted.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:
>> lack of original packaging
>> absence of integral elements of the product (accessories)
>> damage to the product due to causes other than transportation
>> tampering with the product
>> use of the product
Having assessed the integrity of the products, we will refund the amount paid as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days of receipt. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods with a value of less than 50 euros (211/83 / EU).
The product subject to the right of withdrawal must be returned (understood as physically received by Onestopmarket srls) within 14 working days from the the time we have notified you with return instructions. Beyond this deadline the right of withdrawal will be considered void.
In the event of damage to the goods during the return transport, we will notify you (within 5 days of receipt of the goods), so that you can promptly file a report and obtain reimbursement; in this case, the product will remain at your disposal and the withdrawal request will be voided.
